Submit an Event for Approval

Use this form to submit your events for approval. A "Monthly" event occurs on the same day (i.e., the 12th) each month. Events will be posted to the calendar upon approval.

		Enter the name of the event
*	Event Occurs
		Select how often this event recurs, or if it is just a one-time event.
*	Event Description
		Enter the description of the event.
*	Event Class
		Select the event classification.
	Contact Person or Organization
		Enter the contact person for the event.
	Website Address
		Enter the Web site to link this event to.
	Contact Phone
		Enter the contact person's phone number
	Contact Email
		Enter the contact person's email
	Start Date/Time
	, :	Enter the start date/time for the event.
	End Date/Time
	, :	Enter the end date/time for the event.
	Directions
		Enter the directions to the event.
